Earlier this year we commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a case study to quantify the benefits of using Beckon and put hard numbers behind what companies can expect from their Beckon investment.
Through interviews and surveys with 11 existing customers and subsequent financial analysis, Forrester found the ROI of Beckon to be 513% with a payback period of seven months and over $8.5 million in benefits over three years. Beckon customers reported an average of 12.7% improvement in their return on marketing spend, with some customers reporting as high as a 20% improvement.
